Not all Calories are created equal Raw calories, which I prefer to eat whenever possible don’t “stick to your bones” like cooked calories I have practically a truckload of fruit and vegetables i just throw in my VitaMix in the morning. It is super quick and nutrient dense. I believe in a blend of nutrition philosophies, but I love Dr. Joel Furhman’s approach, which is to eat nutrient dense plant foods that are low in calorie.
